Jon Jon Bakeries began developing and marketing gluten free products in 2007, producing a range of gluten free products that looked good, tasted good and unlike many other GF products at the time, held together.
Working in conjunction with gluten free experts and local ingredient supply companies, we created a range of gluten free products that contained fillings. To accomplish this food-forming technology was imported from Japan. When the company moved into its new purpose-built bakery, a separate internal gluten free production line was installed to ensure there was no cross-contamination between gluten free and standard products. All gluten free products are tested before release.

Gluten free products in the Jon-Jon range include Afghan, Muesli Ruffs and Double Choc Chip biscuits and filled products such as lemon, berry filled biscuits, fruit mince bites, berry bites, spiced apple bites and apricot bites.
